We recommend washing inside out in a closed machine at a maximum of 30°C. The spinning speed should not exceed 900 rpm. It is best to let it dry on a hanger in the open air afterwards. Especially no tumble dryer or dry cleaning. You can then iron it inside out at a low temperature.
