5 tips to shop the best items during our outlet!
The autumn collections are coming and that means that the previous collections have to make way for the new items. The coming weeks will be all about outlet at House of Horses. Both in our shop in Delft and in the shop in Roosendaal outlet days will be held. During the outlet you can score beautiful items for great prices! In this blog we give you 5 tips to score the best items during our outlet.
1. Make sure you are there on time
Many people are crazy about outlet and therefore always take advantage of the sale prices. So make sure you go shopping in the outlet on time. Are you by any chance in the area, or do you have some time today? Then go there right away. The sooner you come, the more choice you will have. Items from certain brands or specific sizes are often sold quickly and it would therefore be a shame if your favorite item is already gone. So don't wait too long to visit the outlet, but go there quickly when you have time!
2. Come together
Shopping during an outlet is a super fun experience. You can put together fun, creative outfits and you go in search for the most beautiful items and the best deals. This is of course even more fun when you visit the outlet together with someone. Together you always see more than alone. Maybe your eye falls on the polo that your friend wanted so much, or your mom suddenly shows up with a nice pair of riding breeches that suit you much better than you had thought. Are you coming to visit our outlet? Then ask friends or family if they would like to come with you!
3. Items for next summer or winter
During the outlet you will see all kinds of items for every season, but the fact that the end of summer is approaching does not mean that it is unwise to score a nice summer jacket or airy polo now. Think ahead, it would be a shame if you let that beautiful t-shirt hang, while you can still wear it with great pleasure in the coming weeks, and the entire next summer. The same goes the other way around, of course. I fully understand that you don't want to think about riding breeches with a fleece lining, or a thick, waterproof winter coat with a hood. However, you will probably need these items sooner than you hope, and this is therefore the perfect time to score nice and handy items from nice prices for the coming seasons!
4. Be open to alternatives
When you visit our outlet with what you want in mind, it may of course be the case that there are no black riding breeches with stones in your size, and that was exactly the item you were looking for. If that is the case, try those basic black riding breeches, or those beautiful dark blue riding breeches with glitter details. An alternative item often works out really well, it may be very comfortable and can also be styled very nicely, perhaps not exactly as you had in mind, but this provides a refreshing and completely new style!
5. When in doubt, always do it!
When in doubt, always do it! That may sound crazy and a bit unwise, but nothing could be further from the truth. Everyone has experienced this, right? You visited an outlet where you tried on an item, it is a nice item for a very nice price, but you wonder whether it is really your color or style. You decide to leave the item hanging and when you get back home, that item keeps popping into your mind. You should have taken it with you… The outlet is now over or the item has been sold in the meantime, unfortunately. So if you come across a great deal, but you are still a bit hesitant, don't wait too long!
