Like every GPA helmet, the 4S helmet has been developed with maximum protection as a focus. The 4S is a technological revolution with its 4 layers that allow optimal shock absorption and better resistance to lateral compression.
Unparalleled cushioning
The outer shell, made of absorbent polymer, absorbs the first part of the impact by deforming.
The 2nd layer absorbs and absorbs the energy of the impact.
The third layer, made of fiberglass, ensures the rigidity of the entire helmet to prevent any lateral compression.
The fourth layer is the polystyrene shell that completes the deceleration of the impact by crumpling under the impact, thus protecting the cranial vault from brain injury.
Thanks to the numerous ventilation openings on the front and side as well as the ventilation openings on the back, this helmet offers maximum ventilation.
This new one-piece removable liner is washable and can be replaced where necessary. The soft and fluffy inside has been given an antibacterial treatment.
The Twin Lock System (TLS), the patented sturdy chin strap, has been completely redesigned to provide maximum stability and grip previously reserved for motorcycle helmets. The thermoplastic resin chin strap provides comprehensive protection for the neck, as the covered area is larger than conventional helmets. The reinforcement that the chin strap gives to the shell increases resistance in the event of a side impact.
The new Fidlock magnetic closure can be opened and closed quickly with one hand, making it much easier to use. The flexibility of the TLS provides additional comfort as it adapts to the morphology of each person.
